The Farmers Wife Retreat House will comfortably accommodate 6 visitors and whilst there, they will have full use of the farmhouse and surrounds.

Price is $406.80 per night (H.S.T. included) with a minimum 2 night stay.

 

RESERVATION:

 

Deposit of  $360.00 is required to confirm reservation.

>   The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

>   Payment to be made in cash or personal cheque.

>   Direct deposit arrangements can be discussed at the time reservation

 

CANCELLATION:
Cancelled reservations will incur the following cost

>      More then 60 days prior to scheduled reservation date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

>     Between 60 and 30 day prior to scheduled reservation date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

>      For above cancellations the deposit may be credited to a future stay (to be made within the next 12 months).

>      If cancellation is less then 30 days from reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable.

>      50% of your deposit may be credited towards a future date (not more than 12 months from scheduled reservation date).

 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

On the day of your arrival, check in time is any time you wish to arrive. On the day of your departure, check out time is 5 pm unless otherwise discussed.

 

BAD WEATHER POLICY:

If there is inclement weather on the day of your scheduled arrival or departure, we can definitely arrange to postpone the date or time which was previously scheduled. We can certainly arrange to reschedule your visit altogether, at no charge (Balance must have been paid in full). Your safety is important to us! If on the day of your departure and the weather is bad you are most welcome to stay another night until the weather clears at no charge.
